Skipper Package

This 4 week training package continues on from the Superior Deckhand package and will take you to the level of a Powerboat Advanced skipper.    The training includes learning chartwork, advanced powerboat skills and pilotage at day and night.  It is an excellent stepping stone to take you on to the Yachtmaster training.  The package consists of the following courses:

Week 1

• RYA Day Skipper Theory – 5 Days

Week 2

• RYA Powerboat Intermediate – 2 Days
• Daytime Mile Building – 3 Days

Week 3

• RYA Powerboat Advanced – 2 Days
• Night time mile building – 3 Days

Week 4

• RYA Radar – 1 day
• Advanced Powerboat Prep – 1 day
• RYA/MCA Advanced Powerboat Certificate of Competence – 2 days (The exam fee is not included)
• CV prep and Commercial Endorsement Application Paperwork – 1 day
